You give your all 100% clean for over a yr never a positive on test not a one and then I received one along with many others! Now theres no MRO to go to so as they can at least look into quality control especially when a high rate of positive's are coming back! It cost me my take homes! That being said my own counselor had no say no input nothing ! They basically told her that what she had to say wouldn't help period! Now they are loosing my counselor and they are loosing great employees do to the facts of whom they have directing the facility! I been walking on egg shells in fear of saying anything and believeI'm not the only patient whom is feeling the same way! Something has to change when the director and those whom I can't name working with her are on a power trip and thats putting it nicely they are bullies! When my counselor hasno say who is trained pprofessionally and has worked with me one of her patients and saw the growth as well as how happy I've been until they took my urine test out of a seal bag and exchangd it into anothers patients bag to which I started screaming why are you doing that and asked mind you what is that long blue tube in the bottom of the bag ...I was told no worries ..I ran to my counselor about it on the same day as well as called and spoke to Secretary about the chain of custordy issues ..I then proceeded to say watch I'll be nexted to whom they will say came back positive for fentanyl...and guess what it happened! My own counselor is leaving this is how bad it has effected the professionals whom are qualified for the job as well as know there patients.. Director has no school education to be in the directos chair and something needs to be down about another person her side kick should we say!! I've tried reaching out to a higher authority and keep on being put on hold or told the person I'm enquiring about no longer works with the department! I believe in karma I for now will keep my faith and trust that my higer power will eventually send the professionals needed for the directors job and start allowing counselors to do there job they were hire to do! We loss Jen, we loss Gezzell and a receptionist that was such a sweetheart. A few more will be gone and I wish along with lots others we could leave but we can't our life depends on this clinic ! I will leave adding we should have an MRO a medical review OFFICER who oversees quantity control when the clinic out of the blue recieves test after test of positives and patients all screaming and no where to turn its I gotcha mentality is awful I worked hard to receive my take homes an entire yr never never had a positive for a yr and two months and this happens I feel it was done to me I questioed who drugged me I went ballistic my clinic had to stop me from cryin and the director doesn't listen to my counselor whom showed them and said something is wrong here she has been given this program 100 percent she happy moving on with goals take the test again! Directors reply nope it is what it is ...now I'm loosing my counselor good for her for not wanting to work with bullies people whom like to dangle there control over all patients especially the ones they don't like and I'm one of them I been told ..and I want something done!!! Three stars thats just for the way you can run in and out! Ironically if your not following the program they love that constellation the ones such as myself abiding rules showing and treating with respect the bully !!! Send HELP STARTING WITH A NEW DIRECTOR AND A MRO ! SINCERELY, KELLY
